Returns 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, no fake tan, make up or deodorant marks. All items must be in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Eye lashes 
  • Make up or beauty products 
  • Jewellery

To complete your return, you must email customer services at help@stephaniesboutique.com within 5 days of receiving your purchase, stating your reason for return and where possible upload a photo. We also require your receipt when returning your item. All items must be returned and received to us within 14 days of your order completion. Any items received after 14 days will not be be authorised or processed. As such should an item be returned after 14 days you the customer will be responsible for the free to send back your item/s.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: STEPHANIES BOUTIQUE. 1 Harrogate Road, Rawdon, Leeds, LS19 6HW.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We recommend all returned items are sent by a tracked service as we will not take responsibility for any lost or missing items and as such they will not be refunded. 

Please take care when trying on items as, unfortunately, we can’t refund any items that are marked with deodorant, make up, fake tan, perfume. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with the tags still attached.

We are normally super fast with returns and try to process them the same day received back. However, sometimes we get busy! So, please do give us up to 7 days to process your return. Refunds will be credited back to the same card or account used to make the original purchase. Do remember it can take your bank up to 7 working days to show your refund in your account once processed, although it’s usually much quicker!
